Some individuals prefer to explore Mindfulness through a one-to-one format rather than the usual group set up. I provide this opportunity for individuals where this suits them best at this point in time.
While we usually learn from others experiences within a group, in a one to one session we can delve a bit deeper into the experience within the safety of the session.
