These talks can be scheduled for onsite or online at times that best suit the workplace.
Mindfulness Workplace Wellbeing
This talk introduces Mindfulness and it’s practical application in a Workplace setting. Its dispels any myths that some individuals believe and gives the context of why it has become very popular in fostering wellbeing in recent years. During the talk participants are invited to experience a short Mindfulness practice and notice how that is for them. To finish there is a questions and answers session.
This talk can outline a Mindfulness Workshop and/or 8 week Workplace Program offering if the organisation is open to exploring that possibility.
How to positively impact Workplace Relationships
This talk explores three topics and how they can support us in our everyday Workplace relationships. The three topics are Growing our Self-Awareness, Self-Care and Communication. Towards the end of the talk participants are invited to briefly reflect and fill out three exercises on their own experiences which consolidate the learning from the talk.
